Article 13 - Rights and Freedoms

Every Citizen of Steamappia is entitled to freedom of speech, conscience, assembly and association and a right to vote and run for public office.

Everyone in Steamhappia is entitled to equal treatment under the law, protection against arbitrary detention or punishment and a fair trial before an independent judiciary.

Article 14 - Property and Assets

Citizens of Steamhappia have a right to private property and assets that shall not be confiscated or destroyed by the Republic without reasonable grounds.

Any property or assets wrongly taken away or destroyed by the Republic shall be reimbursed at the current value.
