Clause 1 - Community Oversight

Community Oversight consists of the Owner of the Server and Moderators who are designated by the Owner to assist in Community Oversight.

Community Oversight operates and manages the Relevant Assets of the Republic/Server such as but not limited to, subordinate servers, databases, websites, domains, bots or other programs and services made available to the discord.

Community Oversight is to enforce rules in order to keep the Server a safe place and keep it in compliance with the Terms of Service of the various services used whilst also acting in a manner that is not biased.

Community Oversight makes sure that the Server operates fairly and may make changes in order to do so.

Community Oversight is to assist in fitting and configuring the Server and its relevant Assets to fit the current state of the Server, whether that be changing server settings and permissions or  configuring other services, or assisting and verifying elections from a non-bias perspective.
