BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Governor-General, and the Parliament of the Republic of Steamhappia, as follows:

National Police Service

1    Establishment of the NPS

(1) The National Police Service a public service operated by the Government under the Home Secretary is established.

(2) In this act the service is referred to as the "NPS".

(3) The NPS is operated by the Government under the Office of the Home Secretary.
