BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Governor-General, and the Parliament of the Republic of Steamhappia, as follows:

National Police Service

1    Establishment of the National Police ServiceNPS

(1) The National Police Service a public service runoperated by the Government under the GovernmentHome Secretary is established.

(2) In this act the service is referred to as the "NPS".
