The Republic (Articles 1-4)

Article 1 - Name

The Sovereign State shall be known as the Republic of Steamhappia.

Article 2 - The Republic

The Republic of Steamhappia shall be a Democratic Republic operating with the President as its Head of State and the Senate as its Legislature, recognizing the Rule of Law and the Sovereignty of its people.

The Republic will be ruled by the Constitution and Acts of the Senate, with the Constitution taking supremacy above all else.

Article 2 - Name

The Sovereign State shall be known as the Republic of Steamhappia.

Article 3 - Governance

No member of an Executive or Legislative or Judicial Office shall serve in any other branch.

A person must be a Citizen of the Republic in order to run or vote for a position of public office.

Article 4 - Nationality and Identity

Nationality in Steamhappia and relevant matters shall be determined by law.

The Official Flag and Seal of the state shall be determined by referendum with the law denoting how they are picked and voted on.

The Symbol of the Republic shall be the Steamhappy.
