Amendment and Enactment (Articles 15-16)
Article 15 - Constitutional Amendments
Amendments to the Constitution require a two-thirds Senate vote and the vote of the President Pro Tempore or a three-forthsfourths vote.
Article 16 - Enactment
Once this Constitution has been ratified the Prime Minister is to take the office of the President, the Speaker is to take the Office of the President Pro Tempore and the remainder of elected Representatives become Senators.
Once this Constitution is ratified the terms of the President and Senate begin with the term of the first Senate being extended by one month.
The term bimonthly throughout this Constitution is defined to be every two months.
